This was a real highlight. It offered a refreshing break from the city and felt genuinely authentic yet very well organized. The experience began with a welcoming platter and soft drinks, followed by a tour of the Estancia and the local church. Horse riding was planned (but skipped due to rain), then came the asado lunch, traditional dancers and musicians, and a demonstration of horse-riding skills. The property itself is beautiful and serene, and the overall flow was superb. He really enjoyed this option and described it as authentic, relaxed, and thoughtfully curated.
